Do I need any equipment for this programme?Ideally, yes — you’ll get the best results with a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, and booty bands. But if you’re just starting out, you can use DIY options like water bottles, backpacks filled with books, or even tins of food to mimic the moves. You can absolutely begin with bodyweight until you’re ready to invest in equipment.

What if I can’t make the live sessions?No problem! All live workouts are recorded and uploaded to your private workout library. You’ll have on-demand access for the full duration of the programme, so you can do the workouts whenever it suits your schedule.

I'm a complete beginner – is this still suitable for me?Yes! This programme is designed for all women. I provide clear guidance, demos, and modifications to help you feel confident at every step.

Will this help me lose weight even if I have a slow metabolism or hormonal issues?Definitely. The programme is structured around effective fat-loss strategies that work even if your metabolism isn’t what it used to be. Many of our members are navigating menopause, PCOS, or thyroid issues — and seeing fantastic results.

What if I don’t have time to work out every day?You don’t need to! Our workouts are 3x per week, lasting 45–60 minutes each. You’ll also have access to other bonus workouts and challenges you can do if you want more. Life is busy – consistency matters more than perfection.

How long do I get access to the workouts?You get full access to all workouts for the entire duration of the programme. After that, if you choose to continue with the membership, you’ll unlock new workouts and keep access to everything ongoing.

What kind of workouts are they – is it all the same every week?Not at all! We use a mix of training styles like resistance training, circuits, intervals, conditioning, mobility, and more. Every workout is different to keep things fresh and fun while still structured for results.

What happens after the 12 week programme – can I continue?Yes – the 12-week programme is just the starting point. If you enjoy it and want to keep going, there’s an option to join our membership, where you’ll get fresh new workouts every month to keep progressing and stay motivated long-term
